- What personal information may you need from me and how will it be used?
We need your first and last name, email address, phone number and home address. We need this for our own administration and we would never give this to someone else.
- What happens if I need cancel my booking?
Upon 28 days before arrival this is possible and we will refund you all your money. After 28 days you can still cancel but we can’t refund you your money.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, 25% of the total amount
- What happens if I want to change the date of my booking?
You can email with firstname.lastname@example.org and discuss with her to see what is possible. If other dates are still free we are really flexible.
- Do you offer a discounted price for longer stays?
Yes we do but it depends on the seasons. You can email email@example.com for further information.
- Do you have different pricings for adults and kids?
Children till the age of 6 we don’t charge at all. After 6 years we charge them 25 euro per night per child.
- How many additional guests can I have?
Rumah Cantik 3 guests
Rumah Sumatra 4 guests and after March 2016 6 guests
- When can we check in and what time do we have to check out?
Check in time is 2 pm
Check out 12 noon
- Can I have visitors?
Visitors are allowed. However they need to respect our house rules. If they want to stay for dinner we will charge them a fee.
- Can I bring a pet?
This depends. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
- Can I smoke on the premises of the hotel?
You are not allowed to smoke inside the villa, but for sure you can smoke outside on your terrace
- What happens if I lose or damage the key?
We will charge you the costs to make a new one
- What happens if I get injured?
We will bring you to the doctor, hospital, or whatever is necessary
- What happens if there is an emergency?
We will evacuate you to another hotel or safe place
